DMD

Dr. Guilbert Maria, a third-generation dentist, holds degrees from the Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo and Boston University. His passion lies in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, backed by memberships in leading dental associations. With expertise in Invisalign®, implants, and more, Dr. Maria prioritizes community care, going beyond dental health to serve friends and neighbors. Outside dentistry, he enjoys sports, reading, and community service. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Dr. Maria resides in Foxborough.

Dr.Kiro graduated from Boston University Henry M. Goldman Dental School with High Honors, where he was a volunteer teaching assistant in Prosthodontic department and a Matriculation Ambassador. He received his first dental degree in 2013 and did Internship in general dentistry for a year from Egypt. He practiced for 6 years in a private practice, then he peruse his Postgraduate degree in UK and Ireland where he got a Diploma of Membership of Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland in 2016 and Diploma of Membership from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons In Glasgow 2017. He’s passionate about dentistry and keeping up with Technology through continuing education courses.

Outside of the office, Dr.Kiro enjoys spending time with his friends, Go to the beach or hike with his dog , cooking and do handmade crafts.

Dental Hygienist  

I am a dedicated and skilled dental hygienist with over nine years of experience in a specialty periodontal practice. I graduated from Bristol Community College and have spent the past decade perfecting my ability to deliver thorough yet gentle care, ensuring my patients feel comfortable and well-informed about their oral health. My background in periodontics has given me extensive experience in treating gum disease and helping patients maintain optimal oral health. I take pride in my attention to detail and my warm, personable approach, helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. Outside of the office, I enjoy staying active through fitness and skiing, traveling, and spending quality time with my two children.

My name is Pedro Alejandro Madera, and I am a full-time Dental Hygienist. I graduated from CCRI in 2021 and recently obtained my Public Health Dental Hygiene license. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a member of the CCRI Dental Advisory Committee and mentor dental hygiene students as a preceptor during their externships at the Rhode Island Free Clinic. I am passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in their oral health. It’s incredibly rewarding to help them learn proper oral hygiene techniques and see the positive impact it has on both their oral and overall health. 

Hello, my name is Amanda. I graduated from Bristol Community College and have been practicing dental hygiene since 2013. I am passionate about dentistry and strive to ensure my patients feel comfortable and at ease during their dental cleanings. As a registered dental hygienist, I believe it is important to keep my patients informed and educated to help them better understand oral health. In my spare time, I enjoy working out and spending time with my dog.

Sergio Gomez

A native of Pawtucket, Sergio has been practicing dentistry for over 15 years. He earned his degree with honors from CCRI's School of Dental Hygiene in Lincoln, RI, where he also served as president of his class. As a dedicated dental hygienist and public health advocate, Sergio is committed to providing thorough and compassionate care to his community. In his spare time, he serves as a board member and trip leader for Global Dental Relief, an organization that offers volunteer dental services to children in need worldwide.

Office Manager

Jesenia's journey in dentistry began as a dental receptionist in 2007,  advancing to become a treatment plan coordinator and then becoming the office manager. With over 16 years of dental expertise and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, she takes joy in assisting patients and leading the team. Raised in Fall River, she loves spending time with family, spending time at the beach and cherishes traveling. Jesenia is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Chief of Staff/ Assitant Manager 

Charlotte lives in Rhode Island and is set to graduate from the University of Rhode Island with her Bachelor of Science degree in business management, along with a minor in digital media marketing, this year. During her leisure time, Charlotte enjoys playing with her dog or embarking on travel adventures.

Dental Assistant

Isabella has been a registered dental assistant since 2021 following her graduation from New Bedford Vocational Technical High School She is currently working on her undergraduate bachelor's degree in biology to move on to dental school and become a dentist. She enjoys meeting and comforting our patients and providing a comfortable space for them. She loves spending time with her family and friends in her free time.

Dental Assistant 

As a first-generation college graduate, I earned my Bachelor’s in Health Science from Stonehill College and am currently pursuing my dental school prerequisites through a Master’s program at Bridgewater State University. Fluent in English, Cape Verdean Creole, and Portuguese, I’m passionate about dentistry because it allows me to merge my love for science, creativity, and problem-solving to enhance patient health.

Beyond my work in dentistry, I serve as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army National Guard as a Medical Service Officer. When I’m not at Bright Dents, you’ll find me reading, traveling, or staying active. I’m excited to continue growing in my career and making a meaningful impact on my patients’ lives

Dental Assistant

Karime completed her RN degree at IMSS in Obregon Sonora, Mexico, in 2017. After migrating to Boston in 2019, she earned certification as a dental assistant and pursued further education. Committed to helping others, Karime is passionate about assisting and supporting individuals. She loves animals, travel, fitness, and quality time with family and friends.

Scheduler 

Nicole, our dedicated patient advocate and treatment coordinator, has been an integral part of Bright Dents of Dartmouth since 2022. She expertly manages appointment scheduling, warmly greets patients, and assists them with insurance and financial matters. Committed to helping patients achieve their dental health and smile goals, Nicole continuously expands her knowledge through ongoing dental education. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends outside of work.

Scheduler 

I immigrated to the United States at the age of 11 months and grew up in Philadelphia before moving to Rhode Island in June 2024. I received my bachelor of science in biology from the University of Pennsylvania and intend to work in the health field. I am fluent in Arabic and English and I’m working towards learning a third language. When I'm not working as a scheduler, I enjoy cooking, going on walks, and playing with my cat Simba.

Scheduler 

I am currently attending BCC and graduating this year with a degree in health and life sciences.  I will then be attending the Dental Hygiene program at Cape Cod Community College. In my free time I enjoy reading and time outside.
